2024–2025 Student Organization REGISTRATION AND BUDGET REQUESTS

Both the Registration Form and Budget Request Form must be submitted via email to the SBA President and the SBA Treasurer by 11:59 PM ON APRIL 28, 2024. Please save the forms as formname.orgname.year before submitting.

Previous Organization Registration Forms & Budget Trackers

Don't reinvent the wheel! All of the Student Organization Registration & Budget Tracker Forms submitted should be in the possession of your prior student leaders (and used throughout the year to track information). If prior student leaders are unable to provide these forms, reach out to the SBA President or Treasurer because the SBA keeps record of these forms.

Reminder - Executive Committee funding is restricted. 

The restrictions can be found in Article IX of the EC Recognition and Budget Policy. The main thing to remember is that EC funds cannot be used for t-shirts, alcohol, or travel. Further, the EC will not fund religious or political organizations. SBA funding is much less limited.


Reminder - Budget Request Amounts are limited.

Organizations should limit their request to no more than 120% of their prior year’s allocation. An organization requesting any increase in budget must submit an addendum with their budget tracker, with an explanation justifying the increase. Addendum should be save as orgname.year.addendum. Addendums may also be used to explain unused funds or overages in the prior year.
